Financial Information
For patient convenience, we ask that you provide us with your health insurance information upon making your appointment. Greenville EyeCare Associates participates in many major vision and health care plans, so this will allow our office staff time to ensure accurate financial coverage of your upcoming services. In addition, it will allow us the opportunity to contact you with any questions or concerns that may arise with your health insurance prior to your visit.
While we are fully committed to providing accurate and concise information about your insurance, we ask that you please assist us by fully understanding what your insurance provider will and will not cover prior to your visit. Please note that many insurance plans will cover only part of your fees for services and/or materials. While we understand that this can be very frustrating and confusing, we ask that you contact your Human Resources representative or insurance provider so that they can provide you detailed information about your plan.
Please be aware that we will ask you to pay your share of non-covered health insurance fees at the time of service. This will include any co-payments and deductible amounts that have not been met. We accept cash, check, VISA, American Express, Mastercard and Discover. We also offer CareCredit®, a financing option available at many healthcare offices throughout the country. CareCredit offers a wide variety of financing options, including 3, 6, 12 and 18 month no interest plans. Submitting an application is easy and completed in our office.
