Front Desk Team Leader
Becky turned the tables from being one of Dr. Ben McNeely’s employees prior to his merging with our practice to welcoming patients as they arrive at Greenville EyeCare. Becky enjoys people, and her infectious smile helps brighten our patients’ days. Becky graduated with a BA from Bob Jones University. She has fervor for life, her three grandsons, and family! Her hobbies include singing and yard work.
Call Center Representative
Mary was born in Queens, New York and now resides in Greer. After moving to the Greenville area, Mary joined our team in 2006, bringing many years of experience in healthcare offices. She is currently working in our call center and is the smiling voice you hear when scheduling an appointment. Mary enjoys spending time with her family, children, and grandchildren, which keeps her very busy. On occasion she does enjoy light reading and trying new cooking recipes. She also enjoys watching Hallmark and Lifetime movies.
Call Center Team Leader/Financial Specialist
Originally from Columbia, Jackie moved to Greenville from Asheville due to her husband’s job change. Bringing more than three years of experience to the Greenville EyeCare family made her transition to our team very smooth. Jackie enjoys cheering for the USC Gamecocks while her husband is a Clemson Tiger. She loves hiking in the Western North Carolina mountains, taking photos and playing with her two cats (Shoes and Socks…such adorable names!) in her spare time.
As our billing specialist, Joanne is responsible for insurance claims on behalf of our patients. A graduate of USC Upstate, Joanne spent the last five years in the medical field before joining Greenville EyeCare. Married with two kids, CJ and Tylar, Joanne and her family enjoy racing, watching football and spending time outdoors. They also stay busy with their two horses, three dogs and bunny!
Call Center Receptionist/Spanish Translator
Juliana works in our call center and is the friendly voice that helps our patients. She also helps with our Spanish patients and translating. Juliana graduated from Legacy Charter High School and is new to the eye care field. She spends her free time chasing after her eight-month-old baby boy and sweet dog. She also enjoys spending time outdoors.
Front Desk Receptionist
Sharrie is here to welcome you with a smile as she prepares your account for your appointment. She has spent the past 11 years in the medical field of plastic and cosmetic surgery before joining us in March of 2018. She is married with two children and one grandson named Raiden, who she enjoys spending all her free time with. She is a proud Air Force mom to her daughter and son in-law who both actively serve our country. Sharrie enjoys traveling, camping and cheering on her Clemson Tigers.
Call Center Representative
Tamy has returned to us as a part-time associate in our call center assisting you on the phone and processing insurance claims. She joined our team originally in 2005. Tamy is married and a proud mom of two Clemson graduates. When she isn’t working, she enjoys time outdoors admiring all of life’s natural beauty and of course, cheering for her Clemson Tigers.
Spanish Translator/Patient representative
Keyla is our Spanish translator and loves to relay information between the doctor and patient. Originally from Guatemala, Keyla moved with her family to the U.S. and has lived in California, Washington, Georgia and now South Carolina. She volunteers at her church and participates in missions trips as often as possible. In her spare time, Keyla enjoys spending time with family and friends and working on creative projects.
