Katie Mendez Office Manager
Katie worked with Greenville EyeCare Associates during her years at Riverside High School. After graduating with a BS in Business Management from Samford University, she returned to the practice and currently holds the position of Office Manager.  Katie’s main goal for our practice is to make the patient experience enjoyable by offering the best services, frames, lenses and contact lenses.  Her personal goal is to improve her Spanish fluency.  On weekends, she enjoys walking through Falls Park with her husband and Miniature Schnauzer, Sophie. She is also a member of US Masters Swimming through Team Greenville Swimming.

Heather Greene Administration Team Leader
Heather was born in Greenville but raised in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies, she moved back to Greenville where she met her husband. The happy couple is awaiting the birth of their first child in April. Heather enjoys being outdoors, running and competing in area road races. She also enjoys spending time with her family.

JennaLea Campbell Administration
A native of Greenville, JennaLea has been in the optical field for the past 14 years and with Greenville EyeCare for two years. Though her title is Optometric Technician, Jenna Lea is actually cross-trained to perform every position in the office. What a team player! She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and likes to travel and spend time with friends and family. She has enjoyed watching Greenville grow and loves to spend time downtown at Falls Park.

Tammy Mitchell Assistant Insurance Coordinator
Born in Roanoake, Virginia, Tammy has been with Greenville EyeCare Associates for three years. She has a daily goal of increasing her knowledge of the eye care field to better assist patients. When she’s not reading books by Janet Evanovich, she works on becoming a Master Gardener.

Shaye Scarborough Marketing Assistant/Administration

Shaye graduated from Lander University in December 2006 with a degree in Mass Communications.  She has been working at Greenville EyeCare Associates since July of 2007. She enjoys hiking, playing the piano, and relaxing at her family’s lake house on Lake Hartwell.

Carol Ross Insurance Coordinator
Carol was born in Savannah, Georgia and moved to Greenville when she was five. She has worked in the insurance field for about 18 years and started working at Greenville EyeCare Associates in October 2006. She has been happily married for 27 years with three children.

Mary T. Johnson Administration
Mary has lived in various places through out the United States, including Queens and Long Island, New York, Florida and Michigan, before moving to her current residence in Greer, South Carolina. She has worked at Greenville EyeCare Associates since 2006. “Every day is a new day” with her pride and joy, her children and grandchildren.

Liz Guerrero Translator
Liz was born in New York City, but moved to Columbia, South America at the age of three. At the age of five, she moved back to the United States and started school. She is majoring in Biology at USC Upstate with hopes of going to medical school. When she is not translating Spanish for Greenville Eyecare, she spends her time studying, and volunteering. She believes that with dedication and perseverance, you can do anything.
