Dr. Billie P. Skinner
After her undergraduate studies at Presbyterian College and the University of Miami, Dr. Skinner graduated from Southern College of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry (O.D) degree. She then returned to her hometown of Greenville and joined her father in our practice. More recently, Dr. Skinner has expanded her desire to help people perform better through vision therapy. Dr. Skinner and her Vision Therapy (VT) staff enjoy helping patients with learning disorders, brain injuries, learning-related vision problems and other disabilities to function more clearly and efficiently.
Personal
Dr. Skinner and her husband have recently adopted a teenage son. On the weekends, you'll find them spending quality time together around Greenville. Around the home she enjoys cross-stitch and collecting lladro (Spanish porcelain). She has served as a Deacon and an Elder for First Presbyterian Church of Greenville.
